Before I discovered Bodyglide, I was plagued with painful chafing whenever I went for a long run or ran in especially hot conditions. Now I just rub the Bodyglide on the problem areas before I go out for a run, and it works like a charm. I am chafe-free now following a run. It is not greasy and has never caused any spots on my clothing. Great product that does the job--worth the money.
